In my book "They Poured Fire on Us From the Sky", Benson had escaped from his village because there was an attack that came through his town. Benson ran far away and he has been gone for a year now. His father has been looking for his son every since he ran away. Everyday his father has been searching through villages and stopping by people homes. He even went on one or two day trips to go look for his son, but still he has not had no luck. Now that a year has past he still wake up with worries searching for Benson, his father said "I want to go to Toch to find out if Benson had fled there. My mother told him she wanted to go with him once she finished mending the roof to the big cattle house. But my father didn't wait and went alone........A week later they told us my fathered had died."(pg.100 Lost Boys. Benson father was very dedicated to find his son because he risked his own life trying to find Benson and he never gave up looking for Benson even after it's been a year since he's been gone.

Finding Benson was what mattered most to his fathered. Now i don't know if he would have been willing to give up anything in order to find his son but when i found out that he risked his own life i believe he would.

When it come to me sacrificing something important i have did it before.
