In the book Lost In Place Mark does whatever he can to impress people. He wants to be the best at king fu and dedicates himself completely. He even says he wants to give up school so that he can have more time to work on his fighting skills.
In your book, is your character dedicated to what they want to achieve? What matters to your character most? Are they willing to give up anything in order to become the best?
